I know there will be lay offs after merger, has anyone heard if it will be mostly management? I cannot see them outsourcing the Uniongas contact centres in Brantford and Thunder Bay right away, that could take years? Anyone heard anything? Does anyone know when they outsourced Enbridge contact centre and where it is? Have there even been a lot of Uniongas layoffs or outsourcing?

Find another job. In 12 -18 months an Accenture employee will be doing it.
Call centres are in Thorold, Fredericton NB and Manila. Enbridge outsourced it a long time ago, early 2000’s
I would think that the deal is done to outsource once OEB approves. Accenture already shares buildings with enb gas in most areas.
