The amount of ignorance I see at these shops on a daily basis. Everyone is to blame from techs to management.

The tech that sat in field service for decades. That wants to drop ranks all of sudden

The younger techs playing supervisor and throwing each other the bus. Not listening to older techs to slow their a-- down

Management team thats is lost trying to keep their jobs

I worked in all three regions nj, ny, & ct. when you you a plant or fiber tech. You got to help out other areas when they need help. For example sandy hurricane.

Rutledge was the one the starter the points systems and that’s when sh-- changed

You couldn't have said it better! I too came here for a career and now all of the redeeming qualities of Cablevision are gone! How can anyone ha e faith in Altice? Between all of the cuts they have made and their track record in Europe I'm amazed we still get paid.

Place used to be a career now it's a paycheck. Now instead of being treated like a man or woman we get treated like children. Place is bound to fail. I will continue to collect the check till I'm kicked out.

WTF are you talking about!? How many shops do you go to? Techs aren't perfect neither is management ( low level) but they are the ones who are being thrown to the wolves everyday with the constant changing of the rules by upper management and the dynamic duo. Let's face it we are being setup for failure! This company wants Quantity and Quality but gives you the resources for neither. My personal favorite is the emails stating" Enjoy your time off with your family and holidays."how can you do that when getting time off is damn near impossible because of the limitations of when you can use your time and how many people are allowed off at a certain time. F.O!
