If you want to know the future of DeVry (assuming the sale goes through) you might want to take a look at Education Management board today. About 6 months after the change in owners, the layoffs ramp up.

QuniStreet had to pay "$2.5 million

QuinStreet is the internet marketing company DeVry used, and the reason they got into trouble with veterans. QuniStreet had to pay "$2.5 million to settle claims it violated consumer protection laws by deceptively marketing for-profit colleges to military veterans." Anyone still want to work there?
Maybe you can get a job from QuinStreet. The former President of DeVry has been on their Board since 2014.

Or take a look at ECMC/Zenith Education's buy out of Corinthian Colleges. Three months after take over half the employees were let go and three years later they're closing down.
... or perhaps a second golden parachute. RP could collect many golden parachutes this way by hopping from one failing for-profit to the next. Better than collecting toys.
