Word is about 3 people per day get their walking papers. They are doing it slowly. The estimate as in some other posts will be about 500. This will continue through Sept when DA retires. Also, word is there is a buyer and that will soon come to light. What that means no one can know for sure but probably more layoffs.

The sale is pending FCC clearing. Good bye Columbus Ga Aflac Customer Service Center... you can replace yourself, with yourself, but with no benefits and lower pay. Like $12.60 an hour.
Just announced that grandson Tripp Amos has left AFLAC to work for Piedmont Systems. Sounds like AFLAC is getting it's ducks in a row to execute a sale.....otherwise, why leave? Tripp was, as far as I know, the last Amos involved in the family business......
