Prediction: exodus of productive employeees who do not get a package this time around

Once a few leave, it will snowball. Faith in managment is lost.

Same thing happened at a few other peer companies last year. Once it starts, it is difficult to stop. Unless of course, if they up the pay and get their act together to make Devon profitable again....maybe we will stick around. but I doubt it. Winners don’t want to work for a loser company.

The talent flood gates have opened.. management only wants a stock jump to cover their backsides, the real loss will be when the talent starts leaving. Remember another round is coming after this one... why would you tell smart people that... zip it!!!!

Dvn is a joke. Heard from several top performers who won’t get packages. They’ve been interviewing. Oil is $70 and we can’t make money. Kiss the talent goodbye.

Some management had a 4-1 ratio per employee and they kept that.

Good luck all tomorrow everyone. They gotta find the bodies elsewhere.
