If severance policy is changed to reduce it it will be suicide for Sabre. Too many people Sabre can not afford to lose are only staying now because the severance is what it is. Reduce it and they will leave and Sabre will be left with those who are unemployable elsewhere.
A hundred times this! I know I'll be on my way out immediately if this happens. Having some security in face of layoffs is the only thing that's keeping me here, but I have been looking for other options already. And I am far from the only one. If this happens, it'll end Sabre.
