Many sev 1 and 2 tickets have been created and the india teams are not attending the issues effectively. many of them dont know how to fill an RFC form...

The quality and knowledge of new resources is low because they are hiring junior people out of college, senior resources in India are leaving to other companies, in a few months only junior resources will be left.. timelines are going to start suffering, issues are going to be everywhere but upper management knows all this and they don’t care

This is the business model. It does not matter how many clients are lost, how

many U.S. lives are destroyed. It is all about the NOW. The multimillion salary,

the bonuses, the stock options. They get all of these now. And so what if

after a few years the number of clients lost and the poor work product become

so obvious to outsiders that the reputation is bad, the stock price drops etc.

By then, Him and his friends got what they wanted.
