Anyone know if the contract workers are worked into the 300? Or are they considered a separate entity because we dont pay the benefits or employment taxes amd such?

Contractors would be preferred to keep and replace employees cheaper without financial commitment to long term bennys
Considering contractors aren’t employees so you don’t lay them off, none.
