The entire industry is in shambles. Just look at the pages of other companies on this board. People have the exact same problems as we do at Devon.
So my question is, where do we go from here if we are among the 300 who are slated to be laid off? Where exactly do we find new employment? The one that comes at least close to what we have right now?
If you aren't tied to Oklahoma, go to Texas. There is no state income tax and combined with the raise you will probably get you will have a noticeable bump in pay.
