The worst part of 300 people laid off is there go the only salaries in the state large enough to pay for teacher raises...dooh! Maybe the Oklahoma Educators Association will call a walkout on your behalf...

If Devon salaries are so large that losing OK state tax on 300 salaries will devastate the education system, that might explain the layoff in and of itself. OMG! All of one teaching assistant may have to get reduced hours!
