Thread regarding ADP layoffs

If you love the industry go to the company that is growing!

I am so sorry to hear of all of the Instability that is still going on. I left years ago and joined Paychex. We are experiencing even more growth and in result of this growth are hiring nationwide for seasoned and new sales professionals. No layoffs over here!

I agree, ADP has f---ed and screwed over thousands of employees it’s disgraceful. Plenty of companies in the world close up and have layoffs, however I never heard of any other business do what ADP has done and continues to do to thier employees.

How true....Paychex is much smaller than ADP but now has much more respect than ADP ....something ADP will never have again. The difference between the two is night and day. Does anybody realize the thousands of lives ADP has screwed over? most will never recover from it....how sad.....a corporate crime if you ask me.

You have to give Paychex credit, they aren’t screwing over thier employees like ADP.

Huh?? Why would is be classless for Paychex to hire experienced ADP employees? I would hope that Paychex, and every other HR ERP would hire us BECAUSE WE have experience. If you call that trolling and classless , what do you call ADP senior mgmt firing long term employees?

Ughhhh...stupid...

Yes, Paychex and other competitors may be the best places to go for experienced ADP personnel. These companies are growing at ADP's expense. ADP has cut off its legs with its crazy employee replacement scheme. It is the survival of the fittest and ADP cannot compete anymore.
