To convert from contractor to employee, is it roughly a 30-35% pay cut? I know the benefits make up the difference, just trying to get a rough idea of the difference in how much will be going into my account.

Okay, so for example sake a contractor making $100K per year would be equivalent to $65K as an FTE?
Base pay is about 65% of our total compensation. Maybe 70% after this year’s adjustments to pension.
