I left this company 3 years ago, and glad I did. After hearing over and over again how great things will be once this happens, or once we make this other thing happen, all while reducing full time staff and replacing the good people with minimum wage mouth breathers. Now add this new incompetent sales force. reduced inventory and reduced staffing hours and you have nothing but idiots attempting to sell parts that have to be ordered. If a customer has to order the part they need they will often go elsewhere. Great job Advance, Idiots from top to bottom, that's how you win win win.
