What are everyone's thoughts on the "asset team discipline managers". First of all I love how they create positions just to advance people I am guessing they know how to do extra favors. Second how are people that bust our asses off going to get anywhere in this company when they would rather advance friends is what I am guessing all I know is Volker screwed this company badly and everyone is praising him for running this company in the toilet.

Compeletely and utterly useless.
That’s not the only thing they do, they create ‘managers’ all the time as well.
