Have we ever been a grown up oil company? I don’t even remember what success looks like. We can’t keep talent because we’re too slow to move, can’t make a decision because we’re too slow to agree, and nobody leads because we’re too slow to think. Betting the farm on technology doesn’t seem to be working. Maybe we’re fresh out of tricks.
