So I'm doing some planning and trying to figure out what Citrix might give as a package for employees with 5 or more years of time at the company.
Does anyone recall the formula they used during the last layoff?

In India for support it is 3 months on payroll plus 1 months salary for every year served.
You get a watch and a coffee mug and an engraved acrylic commemorative plaque.
6 weeks + 2 for every full year = 16 weeks or 4 months
