Do you know where I may be able to find Shell Pay Grade Information? As a full disclosure, I do not work for Shell but I am interviewing right now. Please share if you have more info.

Pay bands for each grade are really wide and overlap. To add to what others already provided, 30% bonus in grade 2 and 25% bonus in grade 3. Ask about how grades work during final HR stages before accepting the offer. Make sure you’re getting hired into the right job grade for the scope of your role.
Grade 6 - Max 80-95 10% bonus
Depends on group
Some have different ranges
Average grade 5 is around 85–120 10% bonus
Grade 4 110-140 15% bonus
