That’s what happens when you have a few new techs with not to much experience under the belt
Knowing that the company watches this site, you have to wonder if it’s the smartest thing to cry about safety on this forum. If it’s too windy, be a man and make a decision to not do the job. Crying will only get more roll ups, more blitzes, more seeing the management in the field. If you can’t figure out how safety works for yourself, you should think about a different career.
