So they rank eveyone based on their cost to the company including medical expenses. Then they will cut 9% from the top. A few critical people at the top will be exempt. Other than those everyone is at risk. It is all about playing the numbers game. So if you had a lot of medical expenses look to be at the top of the list. Last time it took them 3 weeks, i expect it will only take two this time. The higher you are paid the high your risk

Devon is self-insured, and "the Doc" is on the payroll. Hipaa or not that makes me queasy. So everyone, yes, Devon does pay all of your medical expenses. They just pay BCBSIL for their price negotiation and administration of the health care.

Complete lie about the medical costs. There is a certain individual who’s significant other has had 70+ surgeries. Constantly in the specialty hospital in a different state. They are still here.
