The employee satisfaction surveys are NOT anonymous.
They don't assign names to the results/themes, but if a question comes up about a particular employee response, poor manager/leader/department score totals, they can access all of the surveyor's information. This is archived and can be accessed at any time by HR, Internal Communications, Legal, and Employee Relations.
I must say, I am intrigued by the customer silo-busting, but it won't work until the internal business unit silos are busted first. Anyone with any travel transportation experience knows that silos are the core of the Sabre culture. I can't tell you how much executive infighting and posturing for CEO attention I have witnessed. I think it might Sabre's premise for Game of Thrones.
