Going down hill fast

Mark my words , this company will start to incur a lose that will be huge, just give it a little time.

They have cut so much that all the experienced employees have jumped ship and what is left are the young employees (not all) who don’t care about

quality.

So what happens is everything starts to fail.

I give it 3 years till this company is up for sale......by that time it will take years to fix the mess they created.

The top level management are nothing more than pencil pushers who don’t know what a hard days work is ....they only know how to read reports. So many installs are

at best mediocre since the work load has doubled.. Maybe the Top Managment needs to take a two week experience in the field to see what’s happening and get out from the office.

15hr to start certainly doesn’t help retain skilled workers. I can’t imagine doing this work for that much.

Same in my area in the south, all that experience is gone and now we have remaining management making decisions on things they do not understand. They could sell the company so that they can gain the experience back or they have to start paying higher salaries for employees stick around longer. In my area were still losing people every week to two weeks and customers hate us in my area due to bad service along with competition is eating us alive. :(

Don't know how long we can continue operations like this, its horrible.

Your pretty much dead on. But management can't even read reports now. Everything is already starting to fail.
