Nobody is safe

Appreciate the employees who are still trusting the company. But remember guys, MetricStream terminated people who worked for 10-15 years and whom people used to call them as strong pillers of MetricStream, if you still think you are safe then no one help you.

So much what @RnQmEMt-1ivvu said. The company let go of some of its best and most loyal employees, all in the name of saving a few bucks. We are nothing more than a number on paper to them, so don't ever convince yourself that experience or knowledge will keep you safe. Nobody is safe here.

It’s a well established company and have good customer base so it won’t shutdown so quickly. Bringing company to old position is not hard but company need better product management and sales team. Company should identify management in the top who are reasons for this situation and replace them with right people. With the current management and their thinking company will not even stay in the situation they are now.

Sorry, mate. This company is no girlfriend to mourn about. Would never even dream of it. You can be in denial, be part of the crooked clan at the top, I understand and empathize. You’ll one day accept the company is on verge of disaster. Accept it or not. Year after year, flat to downward revenue targets and dismal growth causing you to bleed talent and on top of it, struggling to keep up the customer churn, common, get over it, mate.

No mate! No signs of shutting down. This is wishful thinking from unhappy x-employees. I can understand why and empathize with them. Life moves on. This is like keeping tab on your x-girlfriend and hope that she does not get a better guy ;).

Company shutting down is imminent. Unless the current leadership team is rid off very very fast.
