Is Tuesday the D-day on layoffs? I think there were several dates circling around, but April 17 was what the consensus settled on?
In all honesty, I can't wait. I'll be happy if I'm on the list. I wish there was an option to volunteer, as somebody mentioned, at least that way somebody who doesn't want to leave could save their job.

I heard many of the 300 be will be immediately released, but some will have a future date, probably no later than the end of June.
Devon hired "the best". So it only stands to reason that they are firing "the best"
Based on only 9% being let go, I don’t believe the WARN Act applies. Not to add to the rumors, but I’ve heard it’s immediate release for all 300. That should be fun for everyone left trying to meet deadlines. I’ll guess we’ll know soon enough.
Thats right they will send out an email the week before. MANAGERs will go out the first day and then everyone else. Has anyone heard if the warn act applies?
2016, they sent out email week before, so assuming they will do the same, next week we will receive email that it will happen the following Wednesday and Thursday.
Volunteering is an option! Many accounting supervisors have told their groups so. There were many people I know of that volunteered in 2016 as well.

4/17 would be very decent of the company since the medical benefits run out at the end of the month. 2 weeks is better than 1.
17th and 23rd are the rumors going around, before end of the month is the only solid information
