WTF is the point of ~100 VP’s??? Devon’s board needs to do their job and get rid of our horrible upper management. 100 VP’s!? WTF do these people even do? There are VP’s with 1 report. Just as there are supervisors with 0 reports. Talk about ineffective.

ooops bad math... we need to fire 85 VP!
Consultant say we need 1 Vp for every 1000 wells. So We need too add more VP.
One can only hope that this time its corrected. If not, we know whats important to upper management.
