For all of you who don’t appreciate the PMO and thing you know what’s going on and know what’s right. You dragged Devon into nearly 300 projects many the PMO never knew of. Every successful corporation, apparently Devon’s desire to accept PMO will cause massive layoffs. Coming from fortune 100 companies and don’t feel almighty, no one outside of OKC has ever heard of Devon. Mike Dickey, Lori, and Roni know their sh-- and you hatters will be on unemployment soon.

We didn't drag Devon into 300 projects, middle management did by not listening to the sme's in the first place. The "boots on the ground" got the numbers, did the math and recommended that many of these said 300 projects NOT be done if Devon wanted to save money. Yet the yes men / women of the project management team and above said "Sure, we can do that, easy. And did it without a single thought because they wanted to look good to the upper management. Guess what, when you look at something as if it were your money, you might look at things a bit differently. Hopefully, you'll get a better understanding if they let you go. Because then whatever you decide to do in the future, until you land another job will most definitely be YOUR money. And frankly, I could care less because your idiocy has cost many folks and their families because you were too damn proud to listen to reason.
