Any insight into whether they will move SS&C people from Boston office to Quincy / close Quincy office and move into Boston or somewhere else?

No need for office if there isn’t anything going on
Sale is now final. Look for an announcement as early as Monday. Transaction is complete.
Does the division generate revenue? Most record keepers don’t turn a profit.
Too bad SS&C won't see the many [BFDS] applications supporting BPO that DST is discarding! BPO does actually have many "performance improvements" i.e. automation in some verticles.
I find this FAQ detail interesting:
SS&C’s highly complementary technology will provide the opportunity for dramatic
performance improvements to DST’s business process outsourcing business.
No insight into which branch of BPO they are referring to!
