How about keep people that actually do the work and know what they're doing instead of those that are just getting by because they are complacent.
I couldn't agree with this more! Wrong people are being laid off, and that's further destroying the company. There are people who actually deserve to be laid off, and yet they remain. Where is the logic in this?
