I am just waiting for the right job to come along and then I'm out. I will do my best to help this circus succeed as long as I'm here, but I do not feel empowered to do so. We're so preoccupied with having safety conversations about walking around corners too quickly in the offices, what a waste of effort. We need to put that energy into improving our systems and our information for field personnel. Safety observations can f--- right off, I don't give a sh-- that you held a ladder for your neighbor last weekend.

Drop ur anchor on line 5—- that will sinker!!! Turd company move on asap!!!
You are probably not alone in waiting for the right and better opportunity to move on. Some people are even not hiding the fact that they are looking for work somewhere else. For some, this will be their milking cow for as long as they don’t get laid off, pretty easy especially for those who are best actor and actresses who likes to please their managers and director coz they know that is how you can survive this uncertainty for more than 3 yrs. Some would always pretend busy and make themselves important but in reality working half of the what they said they did. And some of the things that we do are pretty mundane and trivial but funny coz we have to follow it because it’s a company policy. Don’t take things personally because it will just stress you out. Although, it is overly simple to say not to take things personally because you spend a lot of time at work. It is hard especially if you have useless people leader. It might help if you condition your mind that your health, your family and friends are much more important. If you have contacts with other companies, try reaching out. Or the very least brush up your resume and start looking. Every company has good and bad in it and for the last 3 years this company had shown the worst in it. Some people might argue that there is still good in it but the morale is close to non existent. People are back stabbing, putting forward their own interest and try to act as good as they can to keep the job. Don’t focus too much on your job, your family and friends are good support system.
