Those who are efficient and technically sound guys are not getting promoted in Bangalore sspd QA department . Totally biased promotions. No value to the people who are tech savy and very efficient.

Wait until they find out dedicated QA departments have been shifted left since 2015 or before.
Did you not get the memo? People inconsiderate to other people will be promoted to people’s managers.
Yes it is not the people who have the right technical skills but those who are skillful in managing up. It is very sad and happens everywhere, BLR, KRK, MVD and HDQ.
These things are very common everywhere .
