I've asked around, and it seems grunts like us rarely get them (or get ridiculously low amounts), but senior leadership has high six figures worth of RSU.

I've asked around, and it seems grunts like us rarely get them (or get ridiculously low amounts), but senior leadership has high six figures worth of RSU.
I know mid-level high-potentials that have received some RSUs or equivalently cash retention bonus. RSU's are basically worthless at the current company stock performance so certainly not all that effective and you aren't missing much.
