With the demise of the inbox win10 apps, and the shift to web frameworks and edge - I would be worried if I was working on the UWP / Xaml side of the world.
So many conflicting frameworks - most devs would rather target xplat c# or html5 for iOS, android, and maybe win10.
I don't imagine the curve will be pretty for those working on native frameworks...
