If you want to make money in this business, you need to treat the customer right. Don’t keep charging them for every little thing. You make your many from the monthly charge to the customer. Stop trying to please investors and start pleasing the customer. That is how you will be successful. There are too many alternatives to cable tv these days to nickel and dime people!!
