Clearly, the leadership of this company is sharing in the sacrifices they have asked all employees to make. Now enjoy your 1% pay raise (if you got one at all) and just be thankful you have a job!

358:1 is fine....at a company where the CEO actually does something other than reduce expenses by firing people. Maybe at a company like Facebook where the CEO is a revolutionary talent 358:1 would be ok. But facebooks ratio was only 37:1. Hmm. Interesting.
