Forgive me for being naive, but how does ATS get funded by A USA? Why would AUSA charge ATS to rent a fiber meter. This whole separate company doesn’t make much sense to me and it seems like it would be much simpler if we were all AUSA again.

Your not the only one who would be interested how it works. I bet the IRS or other regulating agency’s would love to get a hold of this Ponzi scheme and tear it apart.
ATS is just a phantom contracting company in which AlticeUSA uses to hide millions of dollars worth of expenses. That way, AUSA appears more profitable to Wall Street and the investors. However, no matter what they wanna write on their balance sheets, AlticeUSA still funds everything. Period.
