Worthless middle and upper management eventually will fall into a huge lawsuit just wait for it. I hope they get prison time and become someones b--ch just as they are doing to us now!

For a company that is constantly promoting all being on the "same page", I have seen such departmentalization in the different area I have worked over the years. In all truth different areas run often time 1000% different from one another in terms of what is acceptable and what is not. Managers and supervisors are not held responsible for anything. Once you reach that level you are free to do whatever you want; very little over site. I have worked in areas where supervisors are involved, know everyone, and work with everyone. I left an area where the manager doesn't acknowledge your existence and doesn't even know who you are. Both are equally acceptable. Peeps ,a three year old could see that.It's all a bunch of crap. This Micron loyalty thing is laughable.
Imagine that, there is actually a website talking about the worst department at Micron. I left to another area after working ten plus years in test and already got two promotions since leaving. Department treats employees like garbage.
Same management as before. Same supervisors that have been with Micron since time started. Same area; same as years ago and they are still there doing nothing. Everything is the same except less people. They will continue to do less and less, but still get paid the same.
