The more experience, credentials and accomplishments you show in share point the worst off you are, if you are either older, have medical problems or are out of favor. You will be classified as "over qualified"

and thrown out of the company, and cast aside.

Its a tight click, anybody that rocked the boat was tossed out and they aren't going to let them back in. Also the old, sick and weak where tossed out as well.

Our group went back to using Share Drive folders, too much trouble with users that couldn't access Sharepoint folders with our documents. Too many helpdesk tickets, Share Drive folders work so sticking to what works. Not sure if I want to depend on my Profile being seen by the right people in Sharepoint.

They don't know how to use their existing talent, they don't give people second chances, share point is a joke doesn't even work.

It does not help most people, they don't want to give certain employees the opportunity

to transfer to other groups. They would rather fire them or let them go. I was told this by a high up person. What you just said, validates it, doesn't even work.

I work in Corporate, a Midstream Director cannot see my SharePoint Profile. He said SharePoint Team knows about this problem where you cannot see profiles across business units to market yourself for openings.

True, they made a big deal about getting your profiles up to date, in 2016, total waste of time. . companies are not loyal to their employees, very bad.
