These are the facts: 30 - 35% reduction in G&A. (Includes more than just a headcount reduction) Yes, there will be layoffs in Accounting, Supply Chain, and IT as well as reorganization. Management and staff will be reduced as well as departments combined. Management probable meeting on the 10th to hear final decisions from upper echelon...is the rumor on the 28th floor. Depending on the number of employees being affected determines whether or not the WARN Act will come into play. Hopefully we’ll be notified well in advance. I wouldn’t expect layoffs this week but there is a “great sense of urgency” to complete this quickly, so still unknown. Sorry. No word on packages but I assume there will be. Review Strata.

And wasting money on millenial social media Facebook alternative "Yammer", so we can communicate, all the other 10 places to get information, you have to search them all to find what you need.

If you have time to play on Yammer, you don't have enough to do. We are extremely TOP heavy, Come on now, do we really need a supervisor and one, sometimes two leads for less rhan ten people? Too many wander from floor to floor "networking" and taking "coffee breaks" disturbing others. Obviously you don't have enough to do, while there are those that bust their rears.

Associates are passed over, and looked at as if they aren't capable of doing more. Most of those associates have more experience and knowledge that is ignored and neglected. Staff accountants that seriously can't tie their shoes without asking how, every five minutes.

But they're saving money by trying to get everything into the cloud you know.
