Last week Airline Soultions had their Town Hall where there leader DS spoke. In his same passionate fashion he yelled at us for the entire time ensuring there would be no time for questions as he regaled us with stories of how great he is and how he stunned some of our Leaders. First of all DS does not take too much to stun our Leaders when today they Manage Up and don’t care about the day to day problems that even an intern would see on day one. Do you really think the likes of GG read the damn contracts??? Also DS not sure why you are surprised that we made our numbers for VCP when we laid off so many employees and their severance ended before the VCP payout. Rather nice how that works so go ahead and do the next Layoff now or at the latest before 16SEP18. And for your Get in the boat analogy.......I remind you that the Titanic was a Boat.

DS has to man up and kick some VP people out.. (they arent going to leave their 400k + comp by themselves).
The best thing DS could do is to fire his direct reports which clearly incapable to produce anything beyond BS they spit for years. Does AS have any financially and functionally successful product. I guess DS is personally responsible for such situation lol
If we talk about DS then what about VS....he also changed 7-8 orgs and his last Org is struggling with the mess he left behind....same goes with so called senior architects or so called leaders in BLR.... everyone jumped around 7-8 companies on average and no one have stable carrier it just shows make money and leave no one have capability of thinking on terms of business. Right now I can just say it's a sinking ship....just grab jackets and leave asap
DS has been in 8 companies, barely 3 years each... Not sure how we can expect someone to have a long term perspective on AS! It will be another cost cutting exercise, portfolio abandonment, and no invesments. At the benefit of Hitit and Amadeus - we are now only a challenger to these guys...
Think about this analogy. "Get in the boat". Seriously. We're not floating around in the middle of the Pacific Ocean surrounded by sharks here. The boat is just on a loose trailer, not secured, slowly rolling down the parking lot hill but gaining momentum, soon to jump the curb and flip over landing prop up in several shattered pieces across Kirkwood.

DS comes from a company that was minuscule compared to AS let all be Sabre. he may now know the scale and complexity of AS as compared to his principles he brings from a single code base mobile e coomm company ..
very easy to say and boatst about all past achievements but they stand at a distance when in Sabre works.
He is what he is - and is small king pot bit thinking he brought in any chance of any ..
AS is bankrupt long ago no reason to blame DS
