From the CafePharma board, Nancy Berce (Queen of Outsourcing) will retire at the end of March. The damage she has done with the Wipro agreement is massive. Whether forced or consentual, there will be changed in information tech coming. Do not know directions yet. But the 140 fired in 2016 can feel vindicated now.

Nancy was fired from Abbott; she was then fired from Johnson Controls; she is now going to be fired from McKesson. However, she does manage to make huge bucks at each place before being fired. Must be nice to get rich by screwing up IT at each company.
She got someone I know removed from being on account team trying to support spreading lies to that person’s leadership team rather than sharing the person has relationships and new so much about McKesson that she was threatened. Way to put someone in as a leader that was promoted to meet diversity goals than being competent, decent and good leader. Just an insecure and angry person pushing aside those she feels threatened by.
Every comment about Nancy Berce/Flores is absolutely spot on! She has started at McKesson already- 20% cuts announced within 30 days of her taking seat at McKesson! She is disrespectful annoying uninspiring insults everyone and is absolutely the antithesis of all that Mckesson stands for! Brian Tyler chose the wrong leader- sad he starts off his legacy with such a bad choice..
an now she is on to mckesson... better warn everyone there.
IT at Abbott is HORRIBLE! SJM people are used to having someone on site with same day service. They thought their IT service was poor....until they got to start experiencing Abbott IT. It takes weeks to get software installed. And God forbid if you have a serious laptop issue. You have to fedex out your laptop (to Chicago?) and it will be returned at some undetermined date. Ummmmm.... I just laugh. I try to get admin access and never call IT because they will just drive me to insanity.
She has already started Johnson Controls destroy. Laid offs announced yesterday, IT goes to Infosys.

Wipro continues at Abbott - job posting for a desktop admin near me, minimal skill set and managed by Wipro. I know the city and there is one Wipro account there and that is an Abbott office. I was there for 8 months and glad to get out from under. So they burned out another tech!!! Way to go Nancy. Great Heritage. (Oh, HR people said they never could keep a support tech onsite. Ever.)
Update - she landed nicely. Her profile on LinkedIn shows she is now the CIO of Johnson Controls - also based in Chicago. One more firm she can destroy.
