Layoffs are happening in the Hershey corporate offices now. Started in late Feb. 2018 and is expected to continue for 3 quarters. Seems to be mostly admin type positions. They seem to be keeping it very quiet. Morale is low, to say the least. Supply chain and manufacturing problems continue and outsourcing has only made matters worse.

Happening across all industries and sectors. Same story, company desperately trying to keep the layoffs hidden.
Why the secrecy? Why such a concerted effort across all corporations to hide layoffs?
Oh, I think I know. They're trying to tell us the "Economy is BOOMING!" so it doesn't bode well if they have to admit hundreds of thousands are losing their jobs....
