Maybe this will bring back normalcy to finance and get rid of the stranglehold. SEC just needs to have more teeth and action why should we suffer

I agree that this could help State Street but not sure it will really influence the upcoming layoffs since they really don't care about the average employee. Of course it could help in the long-run.
