Layoff are happening at Fossil in the last 2 weeks
Andy H - VP of IT Wholesale was let go and 4 others were let go in the last 2 weeks.
Some people just got a phone call from HR and notify not to come back to the office to get their personal items. It will be shipped.

Why do people still act surprised ? The company has been in the toilet for at least four years. I’m surprised it hasn’t gone bankrupt yet, and it’s name sold to some junk manufacturing giant.
I agree. I’ve been here 5 years and in all my years of IT management, I’ve never seen the incompetence that is on display here.
Not surprised by the lack of professionalism from HR and Mis-Leadership. Part of the company’s health reflects how employees are treated. Just goes to show they have no regard whatsoever for their employees. My prediction still stands, this dirt bag company will go bankrupt by end of February 2019. I encourage all remaining employees to find another job ASAP!
