Poor senior executives didn’t get bonus payouts last year. I feel so sorry for their horrible misfortune. Maybe if GE slashes more jobs they can earn more $millions.

GE Power in Salem VA just laid off 42 people and Greenville laid off 216 last month. Charlottesville, VA plant is not doing well either and has not for a while now. GE’s Time has come and gone...reminds one of what happened to IBM. Stock has underperformed and dropped so low that it’s being considered for removal from the Dow Jones Index and stock board. Future does not looks great.

GE continues to be the joke of the industrial world. Just like the Oatmeal and Antarctica fish comments below. Those are the type of people GE retains. Nothing but jokes. It is over for GE. GE leaders will never depart their ivory towers until the tower collapses. It’s not about sound business decisions it’s about how many $Millions they can earn while financially raping the employees, investors, and customers.

I predict Antarctica will get all the work because penguins work for fish and fish is cheap.

I predict Europe will take all the work because Alstom and GE agreed to a 2 tier pay scale. Along with the Steel tarrifs by Trump all I can say if Good bye GE Power jobs in the states.

I predict a major downsizing especially union shops. Unions take money away from the rich and try to give it to the workers.

It might stay the same for a while but it won't get any better.
