Many comments on this site bash on the CEO. How do the current employees rank him as a leader?

No disrepect, but I did not slander anyone. Did you spend even 1 second to check any facts? I am most certain you didn't. I posted truth, and not any personal details. It is public information, but not too many folks know of it because the news happened many years ago, but looking into it it can be found as printed, verifiable fact from Miami news papers in years past. It was buried as there was desire for it to not surface, but that does not make it untrue.
Censor what you like, but it seems this site it more interested in controlling the message for the corporation. You don't want to hear the truth.
For example, the prior CEO was a wife beater (FACT), and that is not something ADP wanted floating about, so they paid him 30 million to leave and that's when Carlos took over. They wanted it to go away as quite and fast as possible. But whether YOU or ADP likes it or not, it does not mean it isn't true and did not happen. There are police reports, newspaper reports, etc. backing it all up... similar to what I stated but you didn't even take the time to look into things. Seems to me you are more interested in protecting the corporation(s) than to hear or find out the truth!
stick to the site rules and your post won’t get nuked. They don’t allow personal info nor slandering. Can check their rules in the footer.
Yes...someone is removing certain posts on this site. I posted numbers and locations about 6 weeks ago and did not mention names but working for ADP for 29 years they knew who I was talking about. HR was lying all the way and I have the proof but my post was gone within a few hours.....be very careful of what you read on this site.....ADP is watching.......very negative posts from very long term former employees who knew what was going on since 2011 will be removed. Someone should start a real ADP site where nothing is removed! The truth will never completely come out unless someone does.
This site is not interested in the truth and censors/removes posts if it perhaps is unsettling for the higher ups at ADP. I left a post a couple times recently on an absolute fact that vary few people know but could find out if they did their homework that sheds some light on the CEO's background. What a sham, this site is not about allowing free speech or speaking truth. It is censored at the behest of the corporations that are the very subject.

Carlos Rodriguez has a 83% approval rating on glassdoor (3000 people's reviews). ADP is serious (obsessive in some ways) over leadership approval ratings. If you think otherwise you should voice your concerns on sites where industry outsiders pay attention to. ADP responds to almost all that I have visited.
What kind of leader is Carlos? The problem is, he isn't. The only thing he has done is lead the company into ruins. Don't believe me? How can hundreds of comments be wrong? Read them. Ask any current or former employee what they have witnessed for themselves. Here are a few of the things I have recently witnessed... All of the Core group in client services being told if they do not move to Georgia they are out of a job and they receive a severance package. The Upmarket Account Manager groups will be replaced by new hires as soon as the new hires have been trained and that's if the new hires last. Many of the tech support that assist client services have either quit, moved to other positions, or have taken early retirement. This will leave the new hires stranded because there will not be enough people to help them. Over and over again we see new hires quit due to the frustration they feel and due to the complexity of the job, some don't even give notice. They just leave. Other departments are being laid off also. Clients vent by saying that when they call adp that the person on the other end is clueless and that they are put on hold for long periods of time. So I don't care what positive comments you see. They are either written by those who have no clue what's going on, or they haven't been there long enough to recognize the bull that's going on YET, or they are afraid to lose their jobs, or they are a bunch of s--- ups that want to make their bosses and the company shine. If you put whipped cream and a cherry on a pile of crap, it's still a pile of crap, but upper management will tell you it's a chocolate Sunday. One thing that repeats itself in history is people burying their heads in the sand pretending that the horrors around them aren't happening. Believe me they are and by the time upper management shakes off the sand it will be way too late. R.I.P ADP
There is a problem when too many Pedigrees come in that know nothing of the Business the company does, they know Saber Metrics and Numbers. They have a complete disregard for Customers and providing an adequate service level, the emphasis is Sales, Not Service and Client Retention. Leadership at it's best? Certainly not the same company when the Taub's, Lautenberg and Weston ran the place, it was like family! That climate no longer exists... Silo's everywhere, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
I always gave high marks for everything since low marks required follow-up meetings and action plans to improve the silly scores. The first question I an remember being scrutinized was, " I have a best friend at ADP." Rate that at 1-5. After countless meetings to improve that we all agreed we were each other's best friends. After that I gave them the highest scores possible. As far as I know, no noticable change ever came about as a result of any of these surveys. Just something to trumpet in press releases.
So true! It was always told that the responses are "anonymous". I highly doubt that.
I'll tell you what. ADP has many surveys that they constantly do. Those surveys are meaningless. Most ADPers that I knew treated those surveys like they were garbage.
Something happened to me and a group of ADPers that convinced us even further that the surveys aren't worth the paper they are printed on or the computer monitor they are shown on. Several top management team honchos arrived at our office. They were quite high up at ADP, like #4 and #5. They were doing a tour around all the ADP offices in the US and they were giving pep talks. Among the things that they discussed was surveys. Of course one of those never ending surveys was coming up and they addressed it. They said that if we wanted to be "good associates" we would give the highest scores possible in all of the surveys that we ever took at ADP. I thought that I misheard that since that was a crazy request. So after the meeting, I got together with my colleagues and everyone confirmed what we heard.
So if Carlos Rodriguez gets high scores from his employees through these "surveys", that is not saying much.
