Well here we go again!!! For all you ATS employees that had a problem with not enuff points per job,(your day is basically one big RUSH!!) Lets get rid of the points all together. Now your getting Held to a standard by how many jobs you do a day!! One box with 3Minis or just a Modem ,Router install-still considered one job. Lets be honest about this, You cannot put a accurate time on a job. There are to many variable that field techs deals with. The Politician response"It all balances out at the end" Now this Company is so engulfed in treating the guys like contractors that every day work morale is being affected and stress is at a all time high. Now what to do about it, the techs could leave( Many have)but this use to be a career now its a Sweat Shop

NY is CWA Jersey is IBEW. Pretty sure on that. You can contact IBEW and they'll tell u yes or no

Union is a waste of time for US at this point !! Local 3 screwed those guys !!! CWA has power when it comes to Verizon as they have been in place for decades !!!! Cable has amd always will be a contractor business !!! Sad to say but it IS what it IS ... if guys in my shop are going to try Union ? It has to be CWA I wouldn’t give local 3 the time of day !!!
