• Screw up 1 Presided over the dramatic decline of business

• Screw up 2 Failed to invest in DR, allowed it to wither on the vine while others disrupted the market

• Screw up 3 Has gone so niche in targeting a tiny slice of the market they have surrendered $1millions of market share

• Screw up 4 Solutions too complex when other providers are offering simple, scaleable products and are growing rapidly

• Screw up 5 Brought in too many Powerpoint jockeys who navel gaze with experts and don't spend any time with customers

• Screw up 6 Refinance deal heralded as a great triumph to staff. Lenders celebrated the high interest rate achieved

• Screw up 7 Sales compensation plan c---ed up. Large numbers left. Then he blamed those left behind for not hitting the numbers

• Screw up 8 VP recruitment failure. Far too many one minute wonders who leave within two years

• Screw up 9 Offshoring has offered little value in terms of service. Customer rings offshore center. Center rings home country to ask what they need to do. Local techie sorts the problem after customer has waited hours. But it's OK because they have a service ticket.

I feel that Mr. Stern has tried his very best to bring his vision to furisition. Unfortunately he is a BLIND captain of the ship and cannot steer his ship away from the rocky shores. His vision was from the beginning was and still is worthless. Forcing out small and middle business customers has lost the company and the OWNERS Billions $. He has hired nothing but numbers people who's only concern is making unrealistic numbers. These so called spreadsheet numbers that they each learned in the higher education institutes has put thousands of U.S and U.K employees out of work. I hope that one day they realize that they cannot take it $ with them and that we must all meet our maker. Good Luck Corporate SunGard in getting into Heaven. I hear they Don't Pay BONUS's there.

Giggles delivered the same old tired message. However, he crucified sales for not bringing in any money. It was as close to "You, sales guys S---" you can get with out saying those words. No mention of any of the 6 recent layoffs.

Your time was much better spent than those on the call. Good luck with the interview. Hopefully, 2018 will be a mass exodus of people leaving on their own terms.

A rumor in the Wayne HQ: salaries might be cut for the remaining staff. The idea is supposedly on the table. Wont surprise me if it happens. Stern, whose initials are A$S, is out if control in his cluelessness.

I wouldn't trust the senior management to run me a bath let alone a company as they have clearly demonstrated over recent years.

What did they have to say at the kick off meeting? Did he mention the 4 rounds of layoffs in the past 6 weeks? One would think that after all that he would address the employees that remain - instead stern is just a giant pu$$y
