Devon has a reputation for hiring 6' 6 inch white male employees with athletic builds. Older employees or anyone overweight are ostracized by these athletic pricks. Very little diversity at Devon.

That's funny you say that, I work in leadership square and I had lunch the other day with two guys from dvn. Both said they were petro-physicist. Both FAT as f**k and c---y as hell, one short one tall. Both looked like they receive their salary in food and not cash.

True. Lack of diversity goes way beyond age and body shape.
Funny. After reading the title of this post I thought the complaint would be that it does not hire enough black, latino, or female employees.... but then the "discrimination" it claims is against overweight old people... last I checked fat old men were doing JUST fine in Americas economy.
