Why are we deploying fiber all over jersey? Long Island nyc above nyc and ct have little work done but the whole state of New Jersey will be done sooner then later at this rate

There has to be a method to their madness. As much as everyone talks the upper management down and the thoughts that they have they are running the fiber this way for a reason. They have their money tied up in nj right now between paying for detail with the cops and what not. Word travels police dept to police dept they want the money. Can't just pull out one day to go run wire in ny just to get the cells built in various areas. Plus they have to build the head ends your not going to put ny in the same rack as those in jersey for organizational reasons. Build where you have competition with fios and it can't be random. Common sense.
