I think only few people, mostly developer, from the software group left because Calgary is their main office. The rest either laid off or moved to other centers.

SI only makes up a fraction of the total staff now. Well over 100 left from the software groups.
wow with a massive 20 staff to look after Shuang Sun is going to be busy as the new Calgary Center Manager.
I hear there’s under 20 processors. I’ve heard stories from that center and it sounds like a total joke. The whole Center run by Chinese, I have even heard that meetings happen all in Chinese. HR is never even in the office and apparently just rat you out to managers when you have problems.
