It is defintely the annex. I personally have deep philosophical disagreements with EM and some of Citrix’s executive leadership and feel that employees with different values should find new places of employment that align with their beliefs. That being said those who are spreading rumors of Citrix completely closing down Raleigh are contributing to mass hysteria and should be ashamed of themselves. I hope Citrix employees, while considering where they would like to build their careers long term will also think critically about the validity of some of these posts and not let the rumors keep them from doing a good work while still receiving a pay check from Citrix.

15,000 SQF- sounds like this is the Annex area. JMC could lease that out to someone other than Citrix. That' doesn't mean the entire building lease has been broken.

"Citrix Systems (Nasdaq: CTXS) has also already committed to a minimum 15-year lease contract to occupy for all of the office space in the building."

What is it that you are trying to accomplish with this? This is the proverbial "nothing burger." This is a page on the LLC's website advertising their holdings value, and then the fact that they have 15k sq ft available for lease at the location. Big deal. Oh, you're hoping that this somehow substantiates a the "Raleigh is closing" rumor? Uggh. Bring something to the party, or else pound off.
